Paper models

I came across these paper models of a D9E a D13E and a D19E over on the VN side of this Forum. I can't work out where I can get them. Can anyone Help me?

The drawings are very nice. I am going to try to print them to N scale to see what happens. Your drawings have saved me a lot of time.
